1. Legal operator

DROP P2P is operated by STAFFINFLOW LLC, a limited liability company identified by U.S. Employer Identification Number (EIN) 93-4424036, with its address at 10727 Buddy Ellis Rd, Denham Springs, LA 70726, United States. STAFFINFLOW LLC is the legal entity responsible for this service, including these terms, billing for paid offerings, and related notices.

2. The service

DROP P2P lets you transfer files directly between browsers on the same local network using a peer-to-peer connection. Signaling may help devices find each other. File contents are sent between the paired devices and are not stored by STAFFINFLOW LLC as part of a standard transfer.

3. Plans

The standard DROP P2P experience is offered through the public website. Availability, features, and any future paid plans may change. Nothing on the site is a binding price until STAFFINFLOW LLC confirms it in writing.

Enterprise is a separate offering for organizations that need a private, custom deployment or commercial terms. Enterprise pricing is not published. To request a personalized, private quotation, contact support@vctsv.com. A quote is valid only for the scope, term, and price stated in that written quotation. Using the public site does not create an Enterprise agreement.

4. Acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the files you transfer and for having the rights to send them. Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it to distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or violate the privacy or rights of others.

5. Privacy and security

A direct peer-to-peer channel is used for the file transfer itself. You are responsible for the network you use. STAFFINFLOW LLC does not guarantee that a transfer will complete, that a pairing code stays secret, or that your local network is safe from other parties on that network.

6. Liability

The public service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. STAFFINFLOW LLC is not liable for data loss, failed or interrupted transfers, unauthorized access on your network, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of DROP P2P. Enterprise liability, if any, is limited to what a signed quotation or agreement states.
